Archeology of forgetting

Archeology of forgetting

You've seen them if you suddenly have found yourself on a narrow long-distance road somewhere in Bulgaria - forgotten small villages in which almost all houses remain dark in the evening.

Depopulation is a problem with many faces, only one of which is that these abandoned homes also keep forgotten traditions or pieces of identity. This exhibitions shows the work of Darren Barker from England, and a group of students of History and Theory of Architecture at the UACEG, Sofia, that come from Bulgaria, England, Taiwan and Estonia.
