Divide and conquer


What if we could trick the system and instead of rolling each pancake with different taste, we embed the extras in the dough?

Recipe first: Switch from traditional Bulgarian pancakes to american recipe - the dough is thicker and handles the heavy extra ingredients easier. Pour two cups of white flour through a sieve in a bowl, along with a teaspoon of baking soda and the same amount of salt. In a seperate bowl mix together two eggs, a tablespoon of oil, a cup of milk, a cup of yogurt and vanilla. When the dough gets thick and smooth, you're ready for the next chapters.
