As much as you'd like to, you'd never get a medal for "I don't speak before my first cup of coffee" or "I've not slept enough". Actually, in the epidemics of insufficient sleep (a problem for nearly every second person), the only people who win are the ones who know how important sleep is - and why they need to focus on getting it. Between podcasts that get you to sleep, gently spraying lavender on your pillow in order to relax, and blue light filters for your phone, do you know which of those will actually work? Time to get serious about going to bed.
