Every year after Easter there is at least half an Easter cake that is too dry and boring even for coffee. But it is not always necessary to be a wizard in the kitchen - we suggest three brilliantly simple and tasty recipes.

Toasted with Butter

Toasted with Butter

We start with the classic. Less is more in this recipe - once the kitchen fills up with the aroma of toasted Easter cake you will know why. Just put it in the toaster or the oven for 1-2 minutes, then spread butter and if you want a really gourmet breakfast put thin slices of bree on top.
Cheese Easter Cake

The formula is tried and tested - you can do no wrong with chocolate, strawberries and mascarpone involved. For this extremely lazy, yet just as tasty cheesecake, you need sliced strawberries, Easter cake in small chunks and mascarpone whipped with cream and sugar. Then you layer the 3 ingredients. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
Pudding

he desserts, that can be made in the microwave are the top of the simple and easy recipes - because you won't believe the result! We mixed half a cup of warm milk with a spoonful of sugar and an egg and poured the mixture over the chunks of  Easter cake in the bowl. Leave it to moisten, while you slice a pear and put several pieces on top, then put several chunks of chocolate. Set the microwave on 60% of its full power and bake for 6 minutes, then leave the door closed another2-3 minutes. The choclate has melted, the egg and milk have made a heavenly reaction with the Easter cake, and the pear on top? Some things are just that good.
