Fruits usually beat veggies for breakfast because it usually is easier. But it is not. To make this "sandwich" you need several circles of red pepper with boiled egg and put them on a slice of bread and finish it with salt and a little olive oil. Breakfast for champions - only for 10 minutes.

Take equal parts blue cheese and ricotta and add parsley (to your liking), mix them and stuff a fresh green pepper with the mix. Another variant: red pepper with bree or another soft cheese - you will be delighted!
