A few months ago started the initiative KvaRTal - to enliven the area locked between the boulevards Dondukov, Maria Luisa, Slivnitsa and Vasil Levski.
Similarly, about 10 years ago launched an initiative to enliven district Savamala in Belgrade. Now, to convey their experiences in Sofia will arrive the young architects worked on the project.
