In a restaurant like this one, the menu ripens and changes with the seasons to serve them in a plate - or in a glass, because here they also have sharp senses for good wine from small local cellars. That's why the name is Dobra Godina - A Good Year. It opened a month ago on Rakovski 174 under Danny Spartak's chef's hat: With Cordon Bloe's diploma and a win from last season of Hell's Kitchen, he re-engineers local and European recipes and combines them with interesting technology or a new spice. In three steps today we try the most sincere business card of his restaurant - the one it serves at the table.
