The chef wants to eat: Vladimir Todorov

Ask the chef what he'd like to eat at the end of a long day, and the answer will probably be pretty far from espresso foam, truflle cream or crispy egg yolk which he just served you an hour ago. After finding those at our table in Bistrello, we meet with the chef Vladimir Todorov to ask him about the food that brings back his past to him, and that reminds him of the past.
