Boxed lunch: chickpeas with red beans and carrots

If you too are tired of winter, dig into your lunch box with an aromatic mix vitamins, proteins and fiber. But do not think it's more healthy than tasty. And the bonus is it's ready in about fifteen minutes: we're talking about canned chickpeas with red beans, fried onions and carrots. What else can you put in that mix? It goes great with crispy bacon, if that's your thing, of course; and some fresh aragula on top, to be added after it goes to the microwave for a minute or two.
