Talents restaurant has one clear focus: good food. Here, the students of HRC Culinary Academy master the fine art of cooking and preparing a menu, alongside with chef George Partenov. He teaches us that the best way to enjoy a meal is to taste a few different things - because our taste buds are dulled from a large portion, but if we choose a few small things, they are inflamed again with each new flavor. So that's way every weekday at Talents we are served a three course lunch menu (total cost 10 leva). The main menu changes frequently and with the season. Here we find interesting ideas - like open ravioli, and timeless classics like steak with wild mushrooms. Students can try out different recipes and get feedback on their culinary experiments, which makes us confident that every recipe is tested.

The restaurant has another exciting tradition - dinners in the dark. We eat blindfolded to strengthen other senses, and try to guess the dishes, relying solely on smell and taste. If you are wondering how you find the way to your fork - the waiter guides you. Come with a company, it can be real fun to listen how everyone at the table swears that the served smoked pumpkin is salmon. The restaurant frequently has visiting chefs, who prepare special recipes - Felix Haffner recently served lamb fillet with hazelnuts and tangerine crispy cookie.
